School
After the earthquake on January 12, 2010, the school had only 3 classrooms that were usable.  So, the students who were not in the 3 usable classrooms have large tents for classrooms.  In Gandou the school classes range from kindergarten to sixth grade.

This picture was taken on the January 2009 trip.  The 3 new classrooms have been complete​d.

These pictures were taken on the June 2011 trip.  The construction of the 3 new classrooms are progressing quite well.

These pictures were taken on the ​June 2017 trip.  There were 5 temporary rooms built to accommodate the increase of grade level being offered in the 2017-18 school year.  Also the foundation, picture on the far right, was being started for 6 more classrooms.
